1-channel isolated barrier designed for intrinsic safety applications. It supplies 2-wire SMART transmitters or current sources in hazardous areas and transmits analog signals (4–20 mA or 1–5 V) to the safe area. The device supports bi-directional communication with SMART transmitters and allows configuration via DIP switches for output selection (current source, current sink, or voltage source). It features low power dissipation, operates on a 24 V DC supply via a termination board, and is certified up to SIL 2 according to IEC/EN 61508.
