4‑channel D/A (digital‑to‑analog) conversion unit designed for seamless integration with Keyence KV Series PLCs. It outputs high‑precision analog signals—voltage (‑10 to +10 V, 0‑10 V, 0‑5 V, 1‑5 V) and current (0‑20 mA, 4‑20 mA)—with resolutions down to 1.25 mV or 5 μA. At room temperature (25 °C ±5 °C), accuracy is ±0.2 % of full‑scale (both voltage and current), expanding to ±0.4 % up to 50 °C. Signal conversion occurs in 80 μs per channel. Isolation between the module and CPU is achieved via photocouplers, while channels share a common reference. Light internal power draw (230 mA max) and a compact 150 g form factor make it ideal for industrial automation tasks.
